Once you have chosen an apartment with us, we've got the usual hoops It's easy though and we lead you through every step...
Once you have reserved an apartment, the purchase process takes around 16 weeks to complete. Here is a brief run through of what to expect.
1...transfer your deposit to France (normally 5% of the purchase price) to secure your apartment-
2...we confirm your purchase and send you a reservation contract by email. Print this off and sign it and send it back to us.
3... talk to our mortgage team and choose the best mortgage that suits you. Then let them have the usual pieces of papaer such as payslips etc. They will set everything up including your French bank acount so that you can receive your rents.
4...we confirm your purchase and send you a reservation contract by email. Print this off and sign it and send it back to us.
5...when your mortgage is confirmed, you sign the final paperwork and transfer the balance of your deposit.
And that's it, after 16 weeks or so you own an investment apartment in the most visited country on earth. Well done.
